Do you take custom orders?
Yes! I am happy to work with you on design & style, color, size, price range. Just email me with your request, and give me an idea of what you're looking for. Once I know what materials are required, and time to design & create, I'll quote you a price. Once we've agreed on design & price, I will expect payment in advance. Time of delivery will depend on whether I have the necessary materials on hand, or will have to order additional supplies to complete your order. Ordinarily, I will have the materials on hand, unless the request is unusual.
I will then design the item(s), photo and email pics for your approval before shipping, so that any necessary changes or additions can be made at that time.
If you feel that you can better communicate what you'd like by phone, rather than email, I'll be happy to provide you with my phone number, so we can chat. I'm relatively insightful when it comes to designing jewelry pieces to fit my customers... it's a gift, LOL ~ but I always enjoy new ideas for design & color that I may not have thought of myself, and I've created some very unusual jewelry for a number of very satisfied customers!
What is the policy for Returns and/or Refunds?

How do I care for and clean my jewelry?
First, each jewelry piece I create is sent in an air-tight zippy bag. When not being worn, it's best to store your item in that bag ~ especially sterling silver, silver-plated and gold vermeil (14-22kt gold over sterling silver ~ and yes, the silver beneath the vermeil will tarnish & rise to the surface). Adding a small anti-tarnish strip also helps to prevent tarnish.
Before storing any piece, you should buff with a good polishing cloth, to remove any oils or acid residue left after being worn. Anti-tarnish polish may be used. Use cleaning dip only as a last resort, since that will remove plating, and dull solid sterling silver somewhat... it can be polished & buffed to a high shine again, but not without a good deal of elbow grease, so save yourself that chore! Do not dip pieces with stones as damage to stones could occur...and never dip any items that contain Pearls or Mother of Pearl stones or beads... it will dull their luster considerably and spoil their natural beauty. Exposure of any jewelry, especially silver, to hair sprays, perfumes, or house hold cleaning solutions can also damage the finish & spoil the shine. You should avoid wearing your silver jewelry in hot tubs & pools, since they contain chlorine which tends to oxidize the silver. And while salt water will not damage solid gold, it is not a friend of any plated pieces or of Sterling Silver. Sterling Silver pieces can be worn in the shower, where only mild soap & warm or hot water is present, but be sure to dry well with a towel or soft cloth afterwards, and perhaps give it a buffing with a polishing cloth to brighten the shine. *Actually, wearing your sterling silver pieces consistently is the best way to keep them beautiful, so wear & enjoy!
If you care for your jewelry well, and store it carefully, it will reward you with many years of enjoyable wear!
